On Posting Notes on a timely manner

USTU requests that the facilitation team will post the Monday night meeting notes, for every meeting, within 48 hours of the meeting to the wiki and the listserv.

The facilitator is expected to help the note-taker post the notes in a timely manner.

On Privacy

Consensed at 2008-09-30 Meeting:

Last names will not be recorded in the meeting notes. First name and last initial will suffice for all guests, interested parties, and residents of the community.
