Management Updates including Paint Plan and Sublease Agreements

Presentation: Becca & Josh 15 min

Questions/Comments/Discussion: We are reporting on various items from Management Committee, including paint plan for Terraces and sublease agreements. The paint item is to inform the community of colors chosen and timeline for moving forward. The sublease agreement is to ask the community to amend the sublease policy to clarify that subletting always requires a sublease agreement.

Paint Updates: Paint color: white, lighter white for trim, blue for doors time frame: starts soon. Currently Mario and his team are going through patching stucco before paint can be applied. Will most be a process that lasts one or more weeks
