<aside> 🗒️ 2023-02-05~ongoing scheduling note: For 2022-2024, USTU Monday meetings are generally on the 1st & 3rd *Monday of each month, except when a holiday or other event interferes with that pattern.

Generally no plenary meetings are held on* 4th Mondays due to USTU Board meetings happening on Tuesdays of the 4th *week.

As of 20th March 2023, we hold an in-person* Community Space gathering on the 2nd Monday of each month, again unless holiday interferes with that pattern. These have no formal facilitation and are open to the emergent planning of the community and/or attendants. All other plenary meetings are held on zoom.

Below is the current schedule for USTU’s weekly plenary/community meetings. Meetings are open to both the community members and members of the public as guests, excepting certain closed items which are open to co-op members only. The Facilitation Committee generally supports in Scheduling, Agenda Planning, Facilitation, Tech Support, and Note Taking for these meetings.

The committee does our best to keep this page on notion in sync with changes there, but if you notice anything out of sync, the google doc controls and please flag it to a member of the Facilitation Committee or @Nils-Erik Hilliard who presently volunteers to maintain the schedule.
