Having an approved set of interviewers to ask the interview questions. Community members can chat questions to interviewers (or ask outside of the meeting as an individual)
We propose to use a standardized tool for assessing candidates for membership - See Draft Rubric
Ad Hoc Fair Housing Committee empowered to finalize revised questionnaire, interview questions and rubric with input/feedback from the community
