Outline:

If a member has been away for more than 4 years she or he just enters the regular process.

If a member has been away for less than 4 years. The person Fills out a questionnaire and requests a community decision with four possible outcomes:

• person is a full member
• person is a provisional member
• person enters the process at some point decided by the community.
• person is denied re-entry The community also reserves the right to waive or add existing steps or requirements.
