USTU Dog Ownership Policy, Continued (Discussion & Decision, 30min, Jess B and Jimmy)

Background: Jimmy and Jess first proposed an USTU Dog Ownership Policy on Dec 4. After some feedback they returned on Dec 11 with an updated version. Since that meeting, Jess and Jimmy have worked with Questa (who had some outstanding concerns) to amend the policy. This item will be the most updated version of the Dog Ownership Policy. Jimmy and Jess would like to present the changes and continue the conversation to see if the community is ready to approve some or all of the policy.
